Human Resources Audit

The Human Resources Audit is a comprehensive review of all personnel functions and practices.  The audit identifies any shortcomings or exposures that your organization may have and helps establish priorities for corrective action, if necessary.  In addition, the results of an audit often serve as a blueprint for a plan of action for the company's HR Director to follow and implement.  Even when no corrective action is necessary, the audit will offer suggestions for process improvements in accordance with best practices.
